November Day of Prayer

As the year winds up, we will focus again on prayer. For our Day of Prayer in December, we will have a 24-hour prayer room again. Then in January, we’ll try to keep a week of round-the-clock prayer going to start in 2023. You’ll hear more about both of those as time grows closer.

For now, please pray for the following:

  • Pray for our state and our country in the mid-term elections next week! (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

  • Pray for the persecuted church.

  • Pray for unity for our church in our budget process and in our Annual Budget and Elections Meeting on December 4.

  • Please pray your pastor will be encouraged.

  • Pray our church would lift our eyes to the harvest. Pray the Lord of the Harvest would send us out. (John 4:35; Matthew 9:37-38) Pray for opportunities to be with our neighbors now that the weather has turned.

  • Pray for our church planting efforts. Pray for the church plant team. Pray people would respond to them and to Jesus. Pray for the rest of the church that we would engage those disconnected from God in the same way.

  • Pray for our Global Outreach Partners. The ones who can safely be public are here.

  • Pray for youth ministry. The young people are making great strides in all of our congregations!

  • Pray for Western Seminary.

  • Pray for CV Northwest, (formerly CB Northwest) our association of churches.
